Hello!
I am Allee (she/her) a disabled, queer educator living in the Pacific Northwest. As a disabled woman, I am fueled by a passion for fostering accessibility, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of life. In my daily interactions, I thrive on initiating conversations and sparking meaningful dialogue about the importance of creating accessible environments and advocating for disability justice. I firmly believe that true progress stems from open dialogue and collaboration, and I am dedicated to engaging with all individuals, even those who may not initially see the value in these discussions. Together, let's work towards building a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

My Story
I grew up in a suburban area outside of Philadelphia with what I assumed was a traditional family (prior to years of therapy helping me to understand otherwise).
From East Coast to West Coast (more times than one), I have gotten to work with a variety of students, staff, and faculty at both private and public institutions.
I am interested in working with others to disrupt current ways of thinking and educating others around ways to unlearn years of indoctrination to be complicit in racism, ableism, and White supremacy.
